If you are ill and in need of care after office hours, you will be able to see us or one of the physician’s who are part of our family health group at our after hours centre.
The after hours centre for our group is located on the ground floor of the Humber River Hospital – Church Street site, 200 Church Street, Toronto, Ontario M5B 1Z2. You may contact the clinic at 416-651-4946
